We have been working so hard here at Benny Button to design and develop a wellbeing assessment that incorporates your whole picture of wellness, not just how you are performing at work. So what is the Benny Button Profiler going to do you may ask? - good question!
Our assessment has been designed to explore factors key to personal, occupational, and social wellbeing, and work engagement and performance. Delivered to you conveniently through our mobile optimised web application, this self-assessment helps you understand where you're at right now – what is currently going well, and what you would like to put some effort into improving over the short to medium term.
We take a look into your sense of wellbeing and performance across a number of factors, qualities and conditions that scientific research and theory have identified are important for living and working well.
You start with an online questionnaire that explores your perceptions and perspectives on how life and work are going right now – both what is going well, and where you may be having some challenges or a blind spot.
Your personalised profile is then conveniently displayed back to you instantly in an easy to understand model, highlighting what is going well for you and where you need to put more effort in.

We don't just walk away once you have your personalised profile and leave you to figure it out yourself. Instead we have curated a whole bunch of scientifically validated articles and content in our 'Learning Locker', to help you dive into the areas you have choosen to work on. And yes, a nifty little feature of this app is that you can choose three factors to work on, which filters content, so you don't need to spend quality time searching.

The personalised profile is just the very beginning of what we do. And of course our focus (and expertise) is on overall workplace wellbeing and culture to improve performance in your business.
These profiles can make up an overall "Heat Map' of where your employees in your organisation are positioned in their wellbeing and performance development. De-identified data provides leaders specific insights into where they need to focus their attention in order to improve their organisation's performance. Our data can be filtered to a work area/department level and visualised as a % basis or as a scattergram of where employees are positioned within each of the 4 heat map areas. With these insights (along with even more analytics) we then empower and support businesses to cultivate and sustain a high-performance culture over the long haul.
