Dr Adrian Medhurst

Adrian is an organisational psychologist passionate about helping people and organisations be at their best by mastering an all-important balancing act: High performance and wellbeing. He’s a thought leader in high- performance psychology, wellbeing science, mindfulness, stress mastery, and innovation. Adrian’s expertise has grown from a doctorate in organisational psychology, 10 years spanning corporate consulting and university lecturing, and dedicated ongoing scientific research, study and practise. He has worked across the globe with organisations including CBA, Nike, KimberlyClark, Australia Post, NAB, AMP, Asahi- Schweppes, Red Cross, Swisse, Fairfax, Coles, Medibank, SBS, Qantas, Novartis, BP, Sugar Australia, Heinz, Fosters, and more.
Rosie has a life long passion for all things wellbeing related, with a strong bias towards mindful movement as an avenue for reaching the best versions of ourselves. Rosie is an experienced physiotherapist, pilates clinician, personal trainer/ strength coach, yoga instructor, and body positive advocate, and the Founder of Rise Yoga and Wellness in Richmond, Victoria. She loves educating on the value of moving our bodies well and mindfully, and how the 2 are inextricably linked, body and mind uniting to form our true health. She believes that "health is our wealth", and and at the core of having a happy, successful life is understanding our capacity to live and move well, flowing into all aspects of our lives.

Matthew is associate professor - Faculty of Health at Deakin University and has been specialising his research in obesity, body image, mental health, e-health and smartphone apps. His research leverages cutting-edge technologies to: (1) identify determinants of mental and physical health, and then (2) deliver intervention to poor mental health and lifestyle behaviours.
Sita has a BHSc (Nutritional Medicine) and takes a holistic approach to eating better. By understanding the importance of what we eat day to day, and cultivating a relationship with ourselves that is nurturing and bursting with love, we can experience a new level of vitality and joy in our bodies. Sita has also previously featured in Mind Body Green, Smiling Mind, WA Today, The Sydney Morning Herald, and Headspace
Sarah has over 11 years of experience in the digital media industry, in which she has developed a diverse skill set in digital design and post production. Her focus is on helping businesses to establish online and offline presence, providing end-to-end service, from needs identification to planning, design, development, implementation and review.
Trevor Hendy was regarded as one of Australia’s greatest ever athletes and amongst the fittest men on the planet. In his chosen sport of Ironman racing he won an unprecedented 6 Australian Ironman Championships and 4 World Championships. Trevor walked away from sport at 29 years of age, simply stating “I have grown to love helping others win their gold medal far more than chasing my own”.
Trevor is highly regarded as a public speaker with his transparency, clarity, soul minded approach and inspirational outlook becoming a life changer for many who have witnessed him speak.

Al Adamsen is a globally recognized thought leader, speaker, and advisor on talent strategy, people analytics, workforce planning, business transformation, and simply how people measurement and analytics affects worker experiences and organizational culture. He’s the Founder & Executive Director of the Global People Analytics Network and People Analytics & Future of Work (PAFOW) Conference Series. He's also the Founder of People-Centered Strategies, a leadership development and career advisory firm based in Santa Cruz, CA. Over his career Al has worked in leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Gap Inc., and Kenexa/IBM; and he also founded and ran a 5-gallon water delivery business in Kyiv, Ukraine. Over the past 10 years Al has served as a consultant and advisor to both small and large enterprises including Disney, McKesson, Intuit, GE, Starbucks, T-Mobile, CapitalOne, Boeing, Heinz, Mayo Clinic, Stanford University, among many others. Al's educational background is in Behavioural Economics and Positive Psychology, and he's spent more than 5 of his 25+ year career working internationally. Finally, Al is a long-standing coach to sports coaches, athletes, and parents of young athletes, among whom are his two teenage children. Al lives in Santa Cruz, CA and he and his family can often be found on the area's beach volleyball courts.

Prior to his most recent role as the head of his own CIO advisory and consulting firm Joe was CIO of Downer Group, a leading provider of engineering and infrastructure management services to organizations in the minerals and metals, oil and gas, power, road and rail infrastructure, telecommunications, and water sectors. While at Downer, Joe masterminded a 3-5 year Downer-wide Business Transformation and Digital Strategy around four key business priorities of workforce productivity, delivery management, resource management and financial management.
